ANDY BETTS Founder
CEO & Principal Advisor
Andy has spent the last 25 years leading non-profit organizations both in Europe and the USA, serving in numerous roles as Chair of the Board, President/CEO and Development Executive.
Andy is a previous recipient of The Non-Profit Executive of The Year Award, by Nonprofit Connect, being nominated by his peers for raising $119M for a $5M non-profit, that had previously been losing $600K annually.
In the last decade, Andy has worked with many billionaire philanthropists, building several Philanthropy Councils with Ultra-High-Net-Worth donors, and raised hundreds of millions in donations for Christian, youth, health research and patient advocacy causes.
Andy also holds a BA with honors from Coventry University, and received executive education from Harvard Business School. He is a volunteer fundraiser for Autism Speaks, and attends Wood's Chapel United Methodist Church in Lee's Summit, Missouri.
